Marty Lyons Autograph Requests

The Marty Lyons Foundation (MLF) was Co-Founded by Marty Lyons and his teammate, Jets Legend Kenny Schroy, in 1982 to grant wishes for children ages 3-17 years old diagnosed with a terminal or life-threatening illness.  We grant wishes today for a better tomorrow!

Marty receives an overwhelming amount of fan mail throughout the year and he truly appreciates hearing from his fans.

Due to the quantity of autograph requests received, we have the following policy in place:

• 100% of the proceeds from autograph requests go towards our Mission.
• $10 DONATION per flat item signed by Marty (i.e. trading cards, photos, magazines, pennants, etc; If you send (3) football cards, your donation total would be $30).
• $20 DONATION per premium/large item signed by Marty (i.e. footballs, helmets {mini & full size}, jerseys, etc; If you send (1) football and (1) mini helmet, your donation total would be $40).
• $5 ADDITIONAL DONATION per inscription (i.e. New York Sack Exchange, CFHOF 2011, Jets ROH 2013, etc; If you send (1) full size Jets helmet and ask for “New York Sack Exchange” inscription, your donation total would be $25).
• PLEASE NOTE: You will receive a COA from the MLF.
• PLEASE NOTE: We track all fan mail requests and keep a database on file in our office.
• PLEASE NOTE: You may submit multiple items in one order.  Please make sure your online purchase form and/or your enclosed check/money order reflects the # of items.

Please know your package must include:

• Check or Money Order made out to “Marty Lyons Foundation” with the proper donation amount.
• Proper return packaging and postage via USPS, FedEx, or UPS.
• A copy of your online purchase form, which is emailed to you after you submit your donation.
• PLEASE NOTE: If you send a trading card or photo without a top loader, we will not provide one for you. Your item will be signed and returned with you as is. Same goes for all other items you send.

* Items sent without return postage will not be returned to sender.
* You may submit multiple items in one order/shipment.
* We are not responsible for lost or damaged merchandise.
* It is strongly recommended NOT to send items of high monetary or sentimental value.
